Our move turned out to be challenging in several ways. We were moving from Michigan to North Carolina and almost as soon as the process began, we decided to delay the move by a year. Chondra kept in touch, sending us listings and keeping us up to date on the market while reaching out to see if we had any questions. When we finally had an offer on the house in Michigan, she helped us move quickly and aggressively to make an offer on the one we picked in North Carolina. The closing in Michigan ran into problems when the buyer did not send the money when required for the closing which in turn affected the closing in NC. Chondra reached out to the NC seller's agent to keep everything on track. Needless to say, this was an extremely stressful time for us and I will always appreciate the competence, patience and reassurance she provided while we were trying not to lose our minds.
